Editing roles and ranks
Rank vs. Officer Title, editing stats, merging duplicates.
Two different concepts control what a member can do and how they're labeled: Rank and Officer Title.
- Rank (R1–R5) is the in-game rank shown on the roster and used for rank-gated features like Leadership Reports (R4+).
- Officer Title (Leader, Officer, Member) is the website's permission level — it controls who can manage members, events, and league scores.
Only Officers and Leaders can edit another member's stats. Open a member's row and choose "Edit Member Stats" to update their Character Name, Base Level, Rank, Officer Title, Individual Power, Kill Count, or Squad Power.
Duplicate players
If the same player ended up as two roster rows (common after a scout import or a name change), use "Merge with…" on one of them to combine their history into a single Player instead of manually deleting one.
