Importing leaderboard data

The 4-step CSV import wizard, and keeping your roster's scout link in sync.

Server Intelligence is built from leaderboard CSV exports you import. From Scout → "Import Data", the wizard walks through 4 steps.

  1. Upload — drop a leaderboard CSV file (only .csv is supported).
  2. Preview — confirm the server number, import type, and date; review the parsed rows.
  3. Match — the system runs matching against existing scouted players, flagging each row as Matched, New, Low Confidence, or a Name Variant. Roster changes (a player's alliance or name shifting) are flagged separately so you can choose whether to apply them.
  4. Confirm — review the Import Summary (created vs. updated counts) before finalizing.

Potential duplicate players are flagged during import — use the Merge Players tool on the Members page to resolve them rather than importing a second copy.

Keeping your own roster in sync

If your alliance's tag or name changes, your roster members' linked scout data can drift out of sync. Check Alliance → Scout Link to see which members are linked, spot Tag Mismatch / Name Mismatch flags, and use "Resync" to fix them.
