Handling transfer applications
The Transfer Intake queue, statuses, and filters.
Transfer Intake (Server → Transfer Intake) tracks players applying to transfer onto the server through a shared queue, from first contact through to a final decision.
An application moves through statuses: Under Review → Awaiting Info → Alliance Matched → President Review → Approved / Declined / Waitlisted / Withdrawn. The landing page surfaces "President Review Candidates" for quick access to what's waiting on a decision.
Working the queue
Filter by status, alliance, who claimed it, group, or "Recruiter-backed only", or search by commander name. Applications tied to Scout data show a staleness flag if the commander's scouted name has since changed. "+ New Application" logs one manually.
