Server roster and access

Server → Manage Roster (President/VP/Advisor access) lists who holds each server-wide leadership seat: President, Vice President, Advisors, and Alliance Reps — a tier separate from any one alliance's Officer Title.

• President — one per server. Can "Transfer Presidency…" to someone else, or "Step Down" (requires a Vice President already appointed).
• Vice President — one seat, appointed by the President.
• Advisors — a capped pool ("+ Appoint Advisor", shown as a count against the limit).
• Alliance Reps — appointed per-alliance, also capped per alliance.

Appointing any of these searches for a user with an active character on that server — only eligible users show up. Every appointment records who made it and when.
