Logging the daily train
Add Entry, overwrite protection, skipped days, and catching up on gaps.
Each day's train needs a Conductor and, optionally, a VIP Passenger. Log it from Train → "Add Entry" (or "New Entry" from the Train overview), picking the conductor and VIP either from the alliance roster or by typing a name for someone not on it.
If an entry already exists for that date, saving asks you to confirm before overwriting it.
Skipping a day
If the train didn't run, mark the day "Skipped" instead of leaving it blank or forcing a fake entry — the conductor whose turn it was stays next in the rotation rather than losing their spot. A skipped day can be converted to a real entry later if needed.
Catching up on gaps
The Train overview flags missing log entries in a banner ("Missing train log entries"), with quick actions to "Fill In" or "Mark as Skipped" for each missing day.
